In November 1978 ABBA were in Japan for promotion. The band was one of the few Western acts being popular there: they even had three albums in the Top 20!
ABBA would stay ten days and those were very hectic: a press conference, several radio shows, interviews and taping an ABBA special for Japanese tv. They did some songs live and mimed others while hilarious balletdancers took over the stage.
A new song was presented as well: If It Wasn't For The Nights. More work would be done on this song since the version released on the forthcoming album was slightly different.
The pics show ABBA talking to the press and the page is from a Japanese magazine.
