With just 3 albums under their belt ABBA released a Greatest Hits album in Sweden on November 17 1975. Since ABBA had different record companies all over the world several different Greatest Hits and Best Of albums would be released in the next year or so.
In the UK a Greatest Hits album was released on March 26 1976. Out of the 15 songs (with Fernando later added) only 6 had been actual hits. Some songs had not even been released in the UK since they were from the (in the UK unreleased) Ring Ring album.
The sleeve picture (taken in the autumn of 1975) was an interesting one: on the front a sad looking Agnetha and Bjorn who is reading and on the back Frida and Benny kissing passionately.
The pics here are alternate shots from the session so look for the differences!

Well I actually had the German/Dutch compilation called The Best Of ABBA!
Sadly there were two songs less on there!
